“We had a very pleasant stay at Villa des Remparts; the rooms and common areas were spotless clean and nicely presented, plus excellent size for the whole family and our dog. The kitchen area and our breakfast was excellent; a well stocked fridge was waiting for us with a good choice of food options catering for various tastes for children and adults alike. The added bonus was to have the whole place to ourselves, meaning quiet kitchen and common areas in the morning, plus parking opportunity...

Le petit déjeuner tres copieux varié (sucré/salé) et frais déposé à notre porte, à l heure demandée et en toute discretion. Mis à dosposition dans la chambre d'une Cafetière avec dosette, frigo, micro-ondes, savon shampoing et gel douche également Il y a également la Wi-Fi et une télévision L'autoroute est à huit cent mètres. “Ontbijt was wat karig, hoewel de croissants heeeeerlijk! de kamer was schoon en smaakvol, het bed top! De kamer was wat te warm. ondanks dat ik de de heating op off had gezet en het maart ( rond 5 graden snachts buiten) Het personeel was vriendelijk! het zwambad heerlijk alleen de douches waren er koud en de pashokjes konden niet op slot en de lockers ook niet. Wel mooie lokatie en goed onderhouden!”

“I have stayed here before and it is what it is a cheap overnight stay on the way somewhere else. However, this time I did not get a bathroom or toilet in my room and had to use shared facilities. This may have been my fault not realising when I booked with Expedia. The sink in the room had a loose tap and no plug. I will be using another nearby hotel next time. I also have to add that the coffee machine in the lobby was disgusting, i tried to get a white coffee (and I speak fluent French so...

“Le Flobart is a jewel of a find. Perfect, low-key and characterful. Very clean and comfortable. Windows of our room opened-out to the road below pleasantly busy with the passing locals and to a view of the sea, including the remains of the sea-fort ruins. Check-in and check-out were effortless. The long, wide and empty sandy beach is literally just across the street. We missed enjoying Le Flobart's cuisine this time, but look forward to trying it next time. For us it is the ideal off-season...
