"Breakfast was included but rarely any choice. If something ran out, it wasn't topped up. Had a boiled egg once in 6 days! No air conditioning or fan in the room. It was a small room with no air circulation in 34° heat, it was terrible. The staff/owners couldn't speak English so I couldn't tell them the problems. I would definitely not go back here or recommend it to anyone. Worst stay in a long time."

"I like the vicinity to train station and Altstadt shopping and restaurants. The hotel lacks a few safety features in the Bathroom area like unsave bathtub ie could use rubber mats or hand rails. The Bar/Restaurant on street level is excessively noisy (music - low level base) at weekends Friday/Saturday up to 4AM."

"This was a wonderful hostel to stay at! The host was very kind and caring, they were flexible with our arrival time, and prepared food for us in good time (and they catered to vegans and the food itself was very nice!). The hostel itself was very clean, it has a nice garden, it is near a river. Very good relaxation spot!"

"The main hotel building is pretty good, cozy, recently renovated, however the annex building is far from that - it has a vibe of 1980s apartment complex, also not the cleanest. Views are lovely, as well as the area around. The breakfast is pretty bad - choices are limited, quantity is such that everything runs out quickly and, generally, the restaurant is far from great, offering canteen-quality food at Michelin-starred prices."

It is very convenient to several different public transportation options and a quick walk to a major mall with a huge grocery store. "I stayed at the Trip Inn Jet Hotel in Ruemlang, Zurich for 2 nights/3 days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with directions or recommendations around the city. My room was spotless, well-equipped, and very cozy, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Zurich. What I especially loved was the hotel’s location — close to transport connections and within easy reach of the city center, making sightseeing very convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and all amenities worked perfectly. Overall, my stay felt effortless and relaxing. I’d highly recommend the Trip Inn Jet Hotel to anyone visiting Zurich, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!"
