"Don't be fooled by the pictures (from way better days) and the nice description! This is a tired and worn-out old red roof (not a great starting place), and it's only gone downhill under private management. Filthy, smelly, poorly maintained. Even the breakfast managed to be worse than the "low bar" of a typical chain hotel offering. Be aware this place accepts pets along with off-putting pet odors everywhere and barks and whines during the night. Way too expensive for the quality level."

"An uncomfortable stay. We booked a room for 2, but there was only one chair of any kind in the room. Toilet seat would not stay up; so for the man, urinating was an exercise in keeping the seat up with one knee while trying to aim well. Breakfast was minimal: no better than what you'd expect at a $60-a-night place. We would not go back to this place."
