Love the remodel. Lobby is super cool. Hot tub room was excellent. Both pool areas are super nice.

The TV never worked, the remote control was broke, never did come fix it. The shower had long hair all over it in and dirty soap suds, obviously never cleaned. The pool & hot tub water looked gross, the pool room floor was very slippery watched several people almost fall, and one elderly lady fall and 911 had to be called. They do have full hot breakfast. But will not be staying here again!! Not wirth $158 a night, more like a $50 a night. I usually never leave bad reviews, but was totally grossed out by uncleanliness

Booked a balcony room, got a mirrored hot tub room. Weird being that I was with my 14 year old son, but cool upgrade. Except that the water didn't work & no one answered the phone at the desk. Told 3 people upon checkout, no one cared, no apology, no discount since I didn't get my balcony room or a working upgrade. Did I mention the mile long hallways with all the smells? 😝
