Sabrina from front desk shined like no other I’ve seen and walked me over to set up lunch at Sophia’s restaurant on 1st floor with my friend - recent retired UN Ambassador to Africa - who also Loved the restaurant, the savory seafood delivered to us by Hyuen with a smile and professionalism. "Did hotel was beautiful and very clean! We're disabled in the staff would not allow doordash to bring our meal up to us when we were both hurting so bad we couldn't go out. That was very frustrating. They also did not have any car rental information.So we had to search that out ourselves. We're just used to having the staff.Be more helpful than they were."

"Love this hotel . Our first room had a AC problem they bought someone promptly , they weren’t able to fix it but they gave an another room right away , no issues at all. The staff is so friendly and helpful . Valet was fast and kind . The location was great around a lot of stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again !"
