“Room and service is outstanding of this hotel. Only the guests are extremely loud until 03.00am in the morning whether in the surrounded room or outside in front of the windows, that its difficult to get asleep. Furthermore, cigarett smokes comes throught the air conditioning. As the AC also heats in the winter you cannot simply switch off. ”

“Shout out to Kimberley (I hope I spelled your name right) she was very helpful and made me feel very welcome :D. I got lost outside the house of the five senses and the staff arranged a shuttle so I could get the hotel with ease with my massive suitcase. ”

“For a trip to Efteling, this hotel is ideally located in the lovely quiet area Kaatsheuvel, just 10 minutes walk to the entrance of the park. We found the hotel to be really warm and homely, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you, the breakfast/dinner hall had a nice childrens play area, and the room were clean and tidy. Overall very pleased with our pick! Would come again and will recommend to others.”

“Kamers waren gedateerd en vooral de douche was niet goed genoeg schoongemaakt. Dit is netjes opgelost bij het uitchecken. Personeel allemaal erg vriendelijk. Genoeg parkeerplek voor de deur. Zowel restaurant en de Weleda city spa bezocht en hier fijne ervaringen gehad!”

“We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. The bed room was nice and cozy with a very comfortable bed and great pillows. The...
