Great gem of a place!
The stay was amazing. Very beautiful grounds, extremely friendly staff, nice outdoor and indoor seating areas and a very spacious and well appointed room. Mark the host was so kind! I am definitely going back

The check in was poor as communication between Hotels.com and the hotel was non existent,my reservationwas not received by Avoca ,I think hotels.com is to blame here.Security guards at the establishment were very rude and unfriendly.
