โI had a wonderful time here, the staff were tremendous and the hotel was so beautiful.
I would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Bordeaux to go to this hotel!

โLovely relaxed hotel with friendly english-speaking staff. Perfect location for an overnight stop when travelling between Spain and the UK. Nicely decorated rooms, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Ideal for our needs.โ

Room comfortable but lack of places to put things. Form over function. Basin could not hold water! No mirror in dressing table area so hairdryer not close to socket. All easily solved. It seemed designed beautifully by someone who had never slept in the room. But. Did not detract. A lovely hotelโ
โFantastic place on the garonne river. Loved having picnics outside and taste the wide selection of self pouring wines. Staff were excellent apart from a lady at the front desk that was kind of rude on the fact that we could not bring food to the swimming pool ( that wasnโt explained to us at check in ), she made us feel very uncomfortable. But the two other gentleman at the front desk were great!โ

โThe hotel and the property can only be described as beautiful. The room was outstanding in every way with a terrace overlooking the vineyard a special treat. As outstanding all of this was, it was exceeded by the awesome Grand Barrail staff. Everyone was so genuine, pleasant and helpful; extraordinary! They really added to the enjoyment of our visit.โ
โA little too distant from town to walk but the coffee shop next to Aldi was superb for breakfast as breakfast at the hotel was more expensive than we had expected. Being described as B&B , we had wrongly assumed breakfast was includedโ
โIt is very uncomfortable step of main gate.
You have to walk up hold your suit case.
Even there is lift, but it is impossible to use.
Because some chair blocked lift gate.
