We stayed here a few years ago while passing through and decided to come back again. The room is very spacious and modern. The bathroom is a bit outdated in comparison to the room, but still perfectly fine—clean and well-maintained. The TV includes YouTube and Netflix. Friendly reception. The neighborhood isn’t very lively, but it’s conveniently located near the highway if you’re just passing through. It’s about a 15–20 minute drive to the center of Nuremberg and 5 minutes to the center of Fürth.

Man this place is incredible. Everything about it... cant wait to come back. Where things fell off was the service. I wish I knew names, but workers were not wearing name tags. The girl that checked us in was a delight. She was very professional, kind and welcoming. The girl that checked us out upon leaving was the complete opposite... incompetent and rude. We asked her if the hotel had luggage carts. Without care, her answer was no. We walked 50 feet towards the elevator to find 3 luggage carts just sitting there. This is just one of many issues we had with staff. The woman staff that worked the desk our second day there was the worst staff in history of hotels. She had no care, no regard, didn't want to move from her chair to help anyone not just us. People kept coming down for beer, she turn everyone away because she did not want to change the beer keg. We asked her for forks and spoons to eat our delivered food, she gave a giant attitude.... and many many more things. There was a gentleman there our third day there that was really great. I would say the same great qualities about him as the woman that checked us in... very helpful, respectful, professional and just simply amazing. Without both these two individuals, the stay would've been terrible and we would have checked out days early. The staff you have makes all the difference in the world. We then found out some were temporary workers and others were not, which explained a lot.

Das "mediterrane Gemüse" beim Frühstück war leider nicht so lecker, eher wässrig und geschmacksarm. Auch dass man Pfannkuchen in dieselbe Aufbewahrung macht wie die Weißwürste hat dem Geschmack der Pfannkuchen nicht positiv geholfen. Die Zimmer sind toll, nur bei der Badewanne hätte man das Schutzglas ein bisschen breiter bzw. noch weiter zur Mitte der Badewanne machen können und nicht so schmal, damit man, wenn man duschen möchte, nicht überall Wasser verteilt. Ansonsten alles sehr gut!

Das schönste, beste und tollste Hotelzimmer was wir bisher kennenlernen durften. Unser 7 jähriger Sohn war begeistert. Genau wie beschrieben bei unserer Buchung , noch besser als beschrieben. Unglaulich ..... 🙂🙂🙂Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen und wiederkommen.

El Hotel es icónico y muy original. Mi hijo de 11 años quedó impresionado por hospedarse dentro de una pirámide de cristal. Te hace sentir la experiencia perfectamente. Llegamos tarde y nos dejaron aparcar en la placita delante del hotel. El Hotel y desayuno muy bien, limpieza muy bien, habitación perfecta con vistas. Tiene unas cortinas automatizadas que por la mañana hacen su función bien. El aire acondicionado hay que subirlo porque a ciertas horas de la mañana el Sol calienta mucho. El Hotel es perfecto para ir luego a Playmobil. Mi familia no olvidará la experiencia. Me faltó detalles de aseo personal en el baño, aunque limpio y bien. Muy contentos y repetiría.

Wij hebben 1 nacht geboekt op doortocht naar Kroatië. Hotel gecombineerd met bezoek aan Playmobil FunPark. Gemakkelijk te bereiken hotel. Wij hadden een extra grote kamer (2 volwassenen en 2 jongere kinderen). Alles was netjes. Enige minpuntje is dat de kamers echt niet donker zijn. De verduistering is niet optimaal. Das Frühstück war leider etwas dürftig, es war keine Butter vorhanden, das Teewasser kalt, kaltes Rührei, Besteck und Geschirr was nicht aufgefüllt war. Das Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt. Das Personal war entweder nicht vorhanden oder überfordert.

Schönes Hotel in Form einer Piramide. Einstellhalle hatte keine Schranke deswegen durften wir sie gratis benutzen ansonsten 10 Euro pro Tag. Vor dem Hotel kann man den Bus 177 nehmen, welcher uns bis zum Bahnhof Fürth brachte. Welness war leider zu. Zimmerservice bekommt man leider nur auf abruf über QR-Code. 30 minuten Parkplätze vor der Reception, sind leider immer voll da die Leute zu Faul sind in die Einstellhalle zu parken.

Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Durch die Verbindungstür hört man alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer, als wäre die Person im eigenen Zimmer. Das Personal ist Nachts nicht darauf eingegangen. Beim CheckOut wurde eine Entschädigung angeboten, die bisher nicht ankam. Und auf Email wurde nicht reagiert. Warum, bei einem nicht ausgebuchten Hotel, die Zimmer nebeneinander belegt waren, wurde nicht eingegangen. Das Zimmer heizt sich sehr schnell auf, logisch, da es wie ein Gewächshaus wirkt. Die Klimaanlage konnte es herunterkühlen. Der Ausblick war wundervoll.
