"Our stay was good, loved that the hotel is connected to a subway station entrance and it was clean & well-maintained. The only issue I had was with the staff. They were all very friendly, but the language barrier did make it a bit difficult at times. Also, they kept changing who was helping us. Like we'd talk to one, but then they would go off and do something else and someone else would try to help us so we'd have to explain all over again and that was quite frustrating that we kept getting...

"Great spot if you are visiting Universal Studios Japan. Takes about two minutes to walk to the gate. Lawson’s on the 3rd floor for anything you need. AMAZING breakfast buffet.
