Property was very clean and modern with excellent amenities. Host (Bill) was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Location was also good within reasonable walking distance to all the main attractions. I highly recommend the W&M house, we will be using it when we come back to Japan.

"This was our first time at a ryokan. The staff and facilities ensure a tranquil and relaxing visit. When one first checks in the guest is treating like royalty with beautiful robe (I cannot remember the correct robe), tea, and an explanation of the facilities. The room was an apartment. "近江町市場の目の前にあり、兼六園、金沢城公園からも近くロケーションは最高です。 双子ベビーカーだったので、ホテルへの出入りは裏口を利用させてもらいました。インターホンで通話後すぐスタッフが扉を開けてくれます。 お部屋は最高でした。 子供にも安全な低めのベッドと登り降りしやすい高さで、双子は終始大興奮でした。 おしゃれで清潔な作りでとてもよかったです。 2泊したので、2階のランドリーを利用しました。洗濯から乾燥まで2時間で す(3kg) ランドリーと同じスペースにウォーターサーバもあるので、部屋のデキャンタを持って行ってる人もいました。 お風呂は洗い場が5つくらいとお風呂が1つ。 ドライヤーの場所は6箇所くらいあって混雑もそこまでなかったです。 ..."
