One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Great location, super service by the excellent staff, especially the concierge team. They took extra care of my family by helping to fulfill all our requests. Arranged private transportation and tour for us. They were always with a smile and very friendly. No air conditioning
After paying so much for this property it is anything but Grand. They claim there is only central heating system hence no air conditioning in the rooms but the basement bar where I drank wine every afternoon was cold. Although outside temperature is 8-12c the temperature inside the hotel room was 22-23. They told us to open the window for air to come in and turn on the stand fan in the room.

Good but warm
The room was clean and well-kept but a bit small. The airconditioning wasn’t working so it was warm inside the room. We had to ask housekeeping to open the windows to let the cool air in (it was around 1 - 5 degrees C outside). Good thing too, was that there was a Dyson fan in the room to make it a bit cooler.
