"Well kept, efficient front desk check in, 1-2 min from watanabe dori station, 3 min walk to sunny supermarket, <10 min walk to nearby eateries. However, some of the furniture are quite old, and the hotel is pretty pricey to be honest. I give it an overall 8/10, 2 points lacking due to old furniture and steep price."

"Our room was ready before the normal check in hour and we were allowed to check in earlier. The hotel location is just next to dome where the baseball matches are held. It's also walking distance to ohori park and a mall and teamlab fukuoka."

"If you are looking for Japanese Ryokan experience, this is not the place. However It’s outside appearance is. It’s dirty. The service is below par. Typical Japanese hospitality doesn’t exist. I can say it because I live in Japan 3 months out of a year and I have traveled and stayed in Ryokan all over Japan. Upon check in, the lady just showed room without showing the whole place. We paid for two nights but we left just after one night stay. "

"Staff was very nice and friendly, offered to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. The curtains on the beds could have been better, they were really small amd gave about 40% privacy. The shower rooms and bathrooms were nice. I stayed over the weekday and it was very quiet and peaceful."
