Shuttle bus is not recommended

Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk provides complimentary shuttle bus from Tōjinmachi station every 20 mins (service not available on weekdays), but the timetable is useless and I ended up with waiting for the bus over 40 mins this time. I suggest everyone to take a walk (20 mins) or taxi (5~10 mins depending on traffic) if you are planning to go to the hotel from Tōjinmachi station.

PayPayドームに近いのはとても便利。建物が古い、スタンダードだったからかコーヒー／ティサーバーが部屋に無い。事前に相談すればチェックインに配慮はしてもらえるが、ドームでイベントがある時は１時間以上かかるようだ。ドームのイベント前の食事はランチバイキングが便利だったが好みのものが無かった。空調が快適でなく暑かった。

荷物を預かっていただく時もチェックイン時も、スタッフの方々の対応がとても丁寧で安心して泊まれるホテルだと思いました。お部屋は清潔で、バスルームもベッドも快適でゆっくりとリラックスできました。窓からの景色が良かったので、それもまたホテルでの滞在を心地よくしてくれました。朝食も種類がたくさんで、特に九州のものが美味しく嬉しかったです。あとクロワッサンもとても美味しかったです。でも残念なのはコーヒーがアメリカン過ぎでした。

福岡ドームでのイベントの為に宿泊チェックインの際、少しだけ行列が出来ていたが、待っている間に冷たい飲み物を提供してくれて嬉しかった。チェックインも程なく済ませられた。連泊だったので部屋の掃除があるが、イベント（昼過ぎ）まで部屋でゆっくりしたいと（スマホから夜中に）要望を伝えられて、すぐに了解の返信も来て有り難かった。

ガラスのデスクの裏側が汚くて、綺麗なはずのガラスが汚く見えて使いませんでした。それ以外は良いホテルだと思います。ラウンジのスタッフが愛想が良くて心地よかったです。
