基本上都非常好，位置便利，附近有足夠付費停車場，可以行去運河城商場，台場。。房屋自帶廚房，洗衣機，特別方便帶小朋友旅遊的遊客。。CP值高

無人のチェックイン、チェックアウトでしたが、チェックインの時、全員のパスポート提示など求められました。無くても問題無くチェックインはできましたが、事前にアナウンスは無かったので不安にはなります。チェックアウト時も画面が進まず、結局電話で確実してチェックアウトしました。コストパフォーマンスは非常に良いのですが、無人対応に慣れてないと少し面倒でした。

Excellent location, short walk to Hakata Station and Tenji Shopping District. Lack of storage drawers or closet. No dinning table.

위치빼고는 그닥....

위치는 나름 만족합니다. 근데 후드 및 환기구가 너무 더러워요... 먼지도 많구요..소파는 다 떨어져나가서 낡았습니다.. 수건도 3박해도 보충 안되구요. 기존에 있던거 그냥 세탁기에 돌려서 계속 사용했습니다. 다음번에 다시 묵게 된다면 고민을 많이해볼듯하네요...

후쿠오카 시내 여행

체크인 절차가 복잡하고 무인시스템이라 수건 추가 등의 서비스 사용이 불가. 나스카강 주변 접근이 좋으나 주차 옵션이 없어 렌트카 사용 시 노상 주차비가 추가 발생함. 소파 아래나 세탁기 근처 등 보이지 않는 부분 청결상태가 그리 좋지 않음. 공동현관이 있어 치안이 좋고 강이 보이는 뷰라 개방감 좋음. 도보 기준 하카타역까지 15분, 나스카강 강변 7분, 캐널시티 3분.

位置優秀、河景很美

位置在河邊很漂亮，離運河城、中洲屋台都很近、走去天神也只要10多分鐘，但床頭的插座故障、冷氣出風跟廁所排風口灰塵都蠻多的，剛進去有點小過敏。

快適です。

チェックインの時にルームナンバーが直前まで分からずバタバタしましたが、その他は満足でした。部屋もメゾネットタイプでゆったりしていました。欲を言えば、洗濯機だけでなく乾燥機もあればもっと便利でした。

가족여행에 딱 좋은 숙소

화장실 뜨거운물 잘나오고, 수압도 엄청 세요. 세탁기, 건조대 있어서 잘 사용했습니다. 수건도 작은거 큰거 인원/숙박일수에 맞게 주셨고요. 침대 3개 있는 방이 가파른 계단 위에 있는건 조금 불편했지만, 전체적인 룸 컨디션 너무 좋았어요. 흡연 가능이라서 걱정했는데, 아무런 냄새 안나고 깔끔합니다. 부모님 모시고 갔는데, 3일내내 숙소 칭찬만 하셨어요.

Good stay in Fukuoka

Good location, check-in easy. I would not rely on the ‘sofa bed’ when booking. It wasn’t suitable for sleeping on. When we raised this management they found a solution that worked for us. Thank you for sorting things out for us.

청결만 조금더 신경써주시면 다시 오고 싶어요..

쿼드 묵었고 3~4인 가족 단위로 딱 입니다. 바로 앞에 리버뷰는 만족스럽고요. 청결 상태는 별로였어요 침대에 머리카락이 많이 보였구요 바닥에도 먼지가 생각보다 많았고 나머진 좋았어요

트리플룸은 사진상으로는 침대2개 소파베드 1개 로 보이지만, 실제로는 침대 방에 1개 바닥에 까는 매트리스1개, 소파베드1개 이렇게 구성되어있었다. 사진보다 나쁜 구성으로 되어있는 방이라면 금액도 낮아져하는것이 아닌가? 컴플레인을 하고싶어도 무인숙소라서 컴플레인을 할 수 없다. 그래도 숙소가 전반적으로 잘 관리되어있는것 같다는 인상이 들고, 깔끔하고, 위치가 아주 좋아서 나쁘지 않았다.

무인입니다. 체크인 과정에서 어려움이 있었어요. 호텔측하고 연락하는 것도 불편했어요. 날은 엄청 습하고 더운데 밖에서 안으로 들어가지를 못하고 밖에서 체크인이 지연 되니 정말 힘들더라고요. 체크인이 5시로 꽤 늦는 점도 아쉬웠네요. 다음에는 웬만하면 카운터에 직원이 있는 곳으로 잡으려고요. 숙소 자체 컨디션은 괜찮았어요. 텐진역과 하카타역 사이에 위치해있어요. 역을 통해 자주 이동하는 여행 일정이다보니, 어느쪽이든 한쪽과 가까운 데로 잡는 게 나을 것 같다고 생각 했어요.
