Very happy with this property. Good location near Kyoto station. Room booked was called “suite”. I was nervous it wouldn’t be big enough for our family of 4 with tall teenagers but it was perfect. Pleasantly surprised we had two bathrooms which wasn’t highlighted in the hotel website but was nice. I’d stay here again. They provide laundry detergent so it was easy to wash a few items while there. 7-11 next door is convenient.

I got in 4 hours before check-in, so I stored my luggage at the station. The man at the front desk suggested that I visit Senso-ji Temple until my room became available at 3 PM. It was a fantastic way to start my Kyoto experience. When I returned, I was greeted with cold water, which was refreshing for such a warm time of year. I was guided up to my guest room and shown how to operate the technology. The room was immaculate. The shower was amazing, and the towels were high quality. The fitness center is open 24 hours, which is perfect for relieving any jet lag. The hotel itself is very close to Kyoto Station, which makes it so convenient to see all the sights. I highly recommend staying here.
