"The property is very dark from the outside.
I actually did not check in after I asked to look at the room. Although the desk clerk was nice enough and was apologetic.
I actually booked the wrong property because I was reading the shuttle to Disneyland and I thought this was the property near Disneyland."

"Pool was ok even though kids only swam for an hour before it closed. Room was ok but you really only sleep there when you go to Disneyland. My only complaint was the outlet by bathroom didn't work but it worked the following day. We'd stay again if opportunity rises👍"

"Overall not a pleasant experience. The first night was completely fine. After that we had little to no hot water and they “shut the ac off for the whole building” because the manager told them to do so. The room would not get below 76 degrees and after we complained they transferred us to a different room. I’m not sure why they would ever shut off AC to an entire building when there are hundred of guests staying there. The room was very dirty and the ceilings were falling apart. I paid for a king suite and ultimately got no hot water and the AC shut off. Not bad for price but would not recommend "
