Room is clean and well maintained with almost no evident wear and tear. Nagoya Station is only a few minutes walk away, with lots of dining options round the area. "Staffs were not friendly "

"We had great time at the hotel. However two points it’s bit strange for us. One is car park and the other is breakfast. At the car park usually out /in no restriction during staying. This hotel cannot. At the breakfast, many staffs standing there but nobody ask customer satisfaction. I felt some gap between global common sense. But I saw some foreigner staff at the reception. I believe these staffs know about global standards, so please think about utilize their knowledge and experience. Other than that, great experience for my family. Thank you so much."
