โVery kind and friendly owner and staff! And the property has the most beautiful hot springs spa area. The evening energy in the spa area was soothing, peaceful, beautiful and mellow. I especially loved the Oolong Tea bath, the Japanese herb bath, and lying on warm salt crystals! I would definitely stay here again. โ

"the hotel was clean and maintained well but it was quite old and needed remodeling of rooms. more sockets for electronic devices and also it was quite cold and the temperature could not be adjusted in the room itself, however the front personnel told me as I was checking out that had I inquired that they would have turned on the heater... I don't know how you could turn on the heater for just one room but...."
