"Arrived with a prepaid reservation and was told that someone had already checked in to my room. Had to wait until they figured out how to give me a place to stay. Ended up in a better room, location wise. Refrigerator smelled like it was soaked in kimchi sauce. Cabinetry was showing wear. You can tell the room has been refurbished at least once. Ac control is in Korean. Eventually figured out how to use it with Google lens. Very bright power light directly over the bed. Has a kitchenette with no utensils. No washcloth.
Bed sheet was stained and had a hole.
Room was very spacious. Had a great view of the beach and ocean. Had a charging block with USB c and two USB A along with Korean standard.
Check in is on 6th floor. In order to get out of the hotel, you go to the fourth floor and cross over to another elevator. To check out, elevator to sixth floor, then elevator to fourth floor, then elevator to first floor.
CU on first floor. 7 11 just outside the property. Don’t bother with food alert other than the produce store. Best way to buy produce is e mart in Haeundae.
If space is what you want, this works. But calling it four star is generous.
Ps, thumbs up to Expedia customer service for being on standby in case the hotel screwed me over."
