Room was clean. Staff was courteous. The mattress was quite broken down. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was outstanding as was the Service.

Hyatt Place Gainesville Downtown
Room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner wasn't available at the hotel, which was a little bothersome. Parking was reasonable, honestly no different than when visiting a theme park resort.
