"The staff was kind and very responsive on the arrival and organising the events. Checking in and out was easy, well organised. However the facilities needed more maintenance. The rooms were mouldy and needed more ventilation. Toilet wise could be largely improved in terms of insect defecate. Understand it’s a place surrounded by nature but also spotted a mouse in one of the rooms, the staff were quick to respond and helped checked the rooms. The lagoon area with water was dirty "

"While the hotel is a bit dated and in need of a facelift the location is A++. Breakfast buffet is a bit lacking relative to other nearby hotels I’ve stayed at but great value for money nonetheless. The staff were really nice especially those working the breakfast shift. "

"As always the accommodation was excellent. The welcoming staff from security to front desk with a smile and courteous. Love to spend time during the evenings at level 1 lounge was relaxing and great hospitality from the waiters. There are always room of improvements to focus on customer / guest attractions. "I am not dissatisfied with the hotel service but describing the hotel as ‘wonderful’ is completely wrong. It is a 4 star hotel, rooms were 4 star level, morning breakfast was average and the location of the was also average. "
