"Overall it seems like the minimum amount of effort goes into operating this apartment. Even though check in is supposed be 3pm, I arrived after 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning to be finished. I agree with the past comment about dirty grout in the shower. Also, the dish sponge was dirty and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods. The 24 hour automated mart was really convenient for snack/drink purchases."

"This is my second stay at the Golden Tower Pinheiros. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff goes way and beyond to be helpful, the breakfast buffet is so diversified and delicious, and location could not be better. "The days of my stay were very cold, and the apartment had no heating system. The blanket was extremely thin, so I was a bit cold during the night. When I asked for a heater or extra blanket, I was told it wasn't possible. The apartment is very nice, but the service was average to poor. "
