"Our experience at Hotel Fiesta Americana was excellent from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, every single person made us feel truly special. I would especially like to recognize Housekeeping for going the extra mile and creating a beautiful birthday setup in our room to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful touch. In the adults-only area, Nacho and Rafa were always incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. And the dinner prepared by Victor Reina was absolutely amazing—it truly made the evening a unique and unforgettable moment. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning."

"I stayed here Sunday&Monday night once I landed and had a great experience. The breakfast was awesome tons of options, Thanked the Chef before checkout on Monday. Then booked my last night for Friday night because it’s close to the airport and Juan was awesome plus Barbra helped me Saturday afternoon before my flight back to Canada at 6:30pm. Very family friendly resort, location is great, staff helpful, friendly and fun. I’m so glad they spoke English making it easy to communicate and hardly had to use my translator! Definitely recommend for anyone, there’s lots of options for things to do close by. Very happy with my stay here because it’s my first time in Puerto Vallarta. "

"The Room was exceptional in my opinion, very clean and the shower was fantastic. Carmen was in charge of my room and she did an awesome job. Alicia in the rooftop pool/bar area was fun and added friendly warmth to every visit. Staff in the hotel were fantastic. I was treated very well and all interactions with staff were awesome. My only criticism of the property was the card system in the elevators. Getting the card to register on the reader sometimes was difficult. There was some road noises from the main road but overall, to me, non-intrusive. Great Property and I would happily stay here again and probably will !! Close to the Malecon, local bus stop right outside the hotel which made things easy to get around. Glad I chose this property for this vacation."

"The room was very clean the staff amazing only disappointment was that the Resturant for buffet was closed and no buffet for dinner and the expense was pricy for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and on our first full day there the wait staff at pool bar was very slow we waited 1 hour and never got our final bill to sign so we went to our room assuming they would call us for signature instead the next day we were scolded and embarrassed in front of other guest for not signing our bill we explained and he said I was very busy but we waited until 6:30 pool was already pretty much empty otherwise we will most likely be back next year! What I most love is 2 of your bell men remember us from last year ❤️"
