“From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant at all levels. The suite we had was excellent (although the private pool water was cold to get in but great once in !!). The food was first class with lots of variety at breakfast and the set 4 course menu for dinner varied every day of the week and was very tasty and very well presented. The evening entertainment at dinner was of a high calibre and very relaxing to watch and listen to. All in all a great holiday.”

I want to give special credits to Renato (my tequilla guy), the bold man from the italian restaurant (captain), i forgot his name but he was really nice, also albi, christos and martin from the bar and everyone else from the Bars. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning facilities, beach and pool areas, and stylish villa-style rooms. The sun loungers were especially comfortable and there were always plenty available. “We had a lovely 6 night stay here, lovely location and really nice staff, big room and nice balcony. Breakfast was minimal (especially if you're dairy and gluten intolerant like me - some eggs would have been nice) but in such a lovely spot by the sea, and the guy was so cheerful every morning so enjoyed going down every morning!”

It was well equipped and whilst there was no kitchen, we had been provided with some crockery and cutlery which meant that we could enjoy a simple breakfast each day. We were supplied with lots of coffee pods for the coffee machine but only four teabags, which were not replaced when used. “I stayed at Olive Garden hotel with my husband and 2 kids (7 and 15) for 8 days and we had a great time! Good food, great personale and service. The facilities were good in general, nice pools, slides, bars, kiosks, etc. Only our room that was simples than expected: the balcony door was difficult to open, the TV didn’t work, and the lock on the bathroom trash bin was broken.”

“Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk....
