“The pool was well kept but the hot tub was VERY dirty. Breakfast was good. I really had one big issue. The room they assigned me had a flood when I walked in. I literally walked in and there was a 6 foot long puddle from the ac unit. I immediately left the room and told the staff about the leak in my room. Their I tail response was, “Oh it’s not a big deal. Clean it up with some towels.” This is so wrong on so many levels. They could try to blame me for the leak, and also….. it’s not...
