The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to all the bar's and night life. Centrally located to the train station and public transport to other part's of Galway.

Super friendly staff. Room was small but all I needed and the amenities were great. Only issue was noisy neighbours- not really the hotels fault but the thin walls meant I could hear everything and unfortunately was kept awake well past midnight. Excellent location and they stored my bags for me after checkout while I waited for my train!

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights at The Lane, both of which were excellent to begin with. However, on the morning we were due to check out, my partner unfortunately became very unwell and we were unable to travel. The Staff at the Lane were so accommodating; offering us an option of late checkout, and thereafter allowing us to extend our stay by a night. They brought us loads of extra complimentary water bottles, and offered plenty of other amenities to ensure my partner was well looked after. They eased a very stressful time for us and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Warm welcoming from lovely staff. Location was great, close walk to everything! Room was cute, clean and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Lane hotel, it was in a great location right in the centre of Galway, and the hotel itself is stylish and modern. The room we had was a good size, with a very comfortable bed, lovely shower and decor. The room was cleaned every day, and the reception staff were always friendly (in particular Raj who gave us some great suggestions on where to go in Galway). We’ll definitely be staying here if we come back! 10/10 recommended!

Great property for a short stay as the rooms are tight. Rooms are clean and the hotel is in a great location. Staff is friendly and efficient. I’d stay here again for a night or two.

Sehr schöne und praktische Unterkunft, die vom Bahnhof sehr gut zu erreichen ist. Aus dem kleinen Raum wurde das Maximale herausgeholt. Check in außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten wurde problemlos ermöglicht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Great location in Galway , 2 minute walk to bus station , slightly longer to train station ! As to be expected in an older building the rooms are a bit cozy and having a regular chair would have been welcome in room 12 ! Bed very comfortable and really good water pressure !

Great stay near everything
Small room but it has everything you need. Very comfortable beds, right by all the great pubs and downtown area. Staff are very helpful and do their best to make your stay a good one.

This was the perfect place to stay for our time in Galway. The staff, Eva especially, were so warm, welcoming, and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us and make us comfortable. It was a perfect location to explore the city from, just steps away from beautiful Eyre Square. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were amazing. From beginning to end. Room cleaning staff were kind and generous and responsive. Desk staff were super helpful. The room was not big, but for downtown Galway, it was very special. Thank-you.

Hotel conveniently located close to the railway station, opposite a supermarket. Nice bed. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Sound insulation of windows non existent - there was a lot of noise from the street.

It had Aircon which was super if a little noisy. It would groan every minute of so. It also had a big towels. Great location nice staff.

This hotel was in a great location with helpful staff and clean rooms. Though there is no restaurant or lobby to speak of, the location is so close to Eyre Square that multiple restaurants and pubs are just outside the door. The only downside is that the rooms are very small.
