"Riverside Central Apartments was terrible. Do not book this apartment if you (1) want an engaged owner or (2) habitable accommodation that you can actually sleep in.
Communication: host did not respond to any messages on Expedia chat, but luckily I was able to get contact details for the owner via Expedia customer services. However, this was useless as communications with owner were terrible - messages were ignored, and only responded to once Expedia chased.

"We had a great stay here. It’s a historic property that has been restored with real passion and care.
It’s really close to the heart of old town Tbilisi with loads of great eating and drinking options as well as sites to see and visit. It’s also quiet so you won’t be disturbed by the noise of life in Tbilisi.
On the days we went to the pool we had it to ourselves and could enjoy the sun terrace and amazing views together."

"Excellent place if you like to be home away from home :)
Nice area, close to city center, helpful staff. Everything went smoothly. Hotel employees made sure we had good transfer from and to airport.
Apartment was clean, with comfortable beds, and amazing view to the city & mountains.
If we visit Tbilisi again, definately coming back to this place. "

"The apartment was really nice and huge plus for the AC during hot summer days. It was really clean and had everything I needed during my stay. It's located near a beautiful park and many restaurants, and only a walking distance away from many sights."

"It is in a great location, near everything. It is a bit dark, rundown, and damp, and the wifi was not good enough to stream or upload photos. The room was large and had a good fridge. I didn't use either of the shared kitchens. Stay here for the location at a good price."
