Did this excursion. You are better off going to the zoo to see more animals. We saw 3 monkeys, 6 sleeping sloths and 2 baby crocodiles.

Even though we didn't stay at the Gamboa Rainforest Resort, we went there and went through the Sloth Sanctuary and saw the frogs and flowers as well. The sloths are amazing to see and interesting to learn about. The Rainforest Resort is beautiful!

Save your money. Do the activities by day but do not stay here. Terrible food and overpriced.
