The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. "Our experience at Pousada Peninsula de Buzios was outstanding. They helped us with a late check-in and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The room was spacious, fully renovated, with strong Wi-Fi and a very handy mini fridge. Breakfast was plentiful and well-balanced, the pão de queijo was absolutely amazing. But the best part was the staff: Leo, Denis, and Sabrina were always kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. It was an unforgettable experience, and we truly hope to come back soon."
