“The host is horrible at explaining how to use the front door lock. Horrible! After I was locked out of the room 3 different times they finally decided to show me how to use the extremely annoying lock. Then the bed was terrible and the shower leaks water all Over the floor. I asked the host 5 different times to replace the towels and the host never replaced the towels. They wanted me to use the same towels for 5 straight days. Horrible communication with host. Horrible”

“This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge. The area has a couple of fine restaurants and about 1 km is an Italian market that has fantastic deli, cheese,...

“The building is great, the apartment was perfect, the staff superbe, and they take care of the building, guests and security. There is a supermarket across the street which makes your life so much easier. The issue, as others have mentioned, is that the building is at the limit of the safe area in the neighborhoods near the casco viejo. There is also a soccer field and some type of local dancing that are always playing something and very loud (obviously Casco View has no control over this)....

“Well maintained and stocked apartment with wonderful ocean views. However, communication with the owner/manager left a lot to be desired. When I entered the apartment, I noticed that the bedroom was missing its television. I reached out, and received a fairly speedy, friendly response from my host that s/he would hasten to install a tv in the bedroom - sadly, the host went eternally silent and there was no subsequent follow-up. This was a little disappointing. Otherwise, a great place to unwind...
