I enjoyed staying. Very clean and modernized. Staffs were kind and fast. Also I liked valet parking provided free for all customers. But I can’t give full score. There was some annoying noise were irregularly coming sounds like mechanical noise from old machine. I guess it was coming from their parking tower or elevator when they operate them. It disturbed my sleeping. This place will be the best place if they figure it out.

호텔과 객실 : 깨끗하다. 담배냄새 안나서 아주 최고였다! 가성비 좋다. 직원응대: 직원들 친절하고 주차도 직원이 친절히 안내해주어서 좋았어요. 매번 경포해변 쪽에 숙박했었는데 이번에는 강릉 시내에 있는 씨티 호텔 에 처음 숙박했는데 일층 로비부터 깨끗하고 물어봐도 친절히 안내도 해주고 주변에 식당도 있고 편리했습니다. 호텔조식: 이층 조식도 가성비 좋아요. 밥도 가볍게 비벼먹을수도 있고, 월남국수, 따뜻한 어묵도 있고 ... 물론 식빵과 커피도 있어오 재 방문의사 있음.
