This hotel belied its three star rating on Google maps. It was well staffed with a manned front desk. The room was spacious with a well appointed bathroom. The breakfast buffet was varied and extensive. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

I would only slightly complain about the condition of the room. Marks on the walls, bathroom has a stale smell. But the bed was very uncomfortable. The front desk staff was excellent. More than excellent.

Staffs are very helpful & profesional! They speak English. The room is spacious & clean. Around 5 minutes by cab (KW 5.000) from bus terminal to the hotel. Location is excellent, modern shopping centre & traditional market are just around the corner.

Smelly bathroom
The bathroom smelled like a dirty rag. Tried to clean it with the shower head, but smell still persisted. It’s likely due to lack of adequate venting. They only provide small towels, not the standard fully body sized hotel towels. Also, be careful when walking in the bathroom, there is no tub area so water gets everywhere and I nearly slipped on the wet tile floor. Beds are on the harder side.

It was a modern hotel in my impression. I booked in the upper floors unawaringly, so I was fortunate to have my breakfast on the top floor diner. The view was nice.

an ordinary but cost-effective accommodation
The floor of the room is a carpet, so there is a lot of dust. The furniture was black, so the white dust was more noticeable. The location of the accommodation was easy to find because it was the entrance to the city from the highway, and there were many amenities because it was in front of the city. The staff were friendly. The parking facility was a tower, but there is a parking facility across the street about 50 meters from the hotel. Breakfast is served as a semi-buffet.

Right in the middle of the shopping district
Very nice hotel biggest room I’ve probably ever stayed in and the location is right in the middle of the shopping district. Very nice upscale hotel with very friendly staff Who speak very good English

Good but minimal
Nice place if you are looking for more of a "bare-bones" place to stay. The room was very clean, the staff were absolutely excellent and the breakfast is decent. The location is good if you want the older downtown and market area but we found it a bit difficult to find good restaurants in the area. There may have been some but it was difficult to actually fin any. Summary: I was pleased with the overall stay and would recommend if the listed "Cons" are not an issue,

Good location and ok for a night
Hotel staff are very friendly and location is quite convenient. Room are ok and clean. Bed was not very comfortable, though, and pillows were terrible. Breakfast was not great, either. Overall, ok place to stay if you just need a place for a night. Anything more than that, and there are better options in the area at comparable rates.

It was a fine hotel. No bells and whistles, or major amenities. The rooms are very warm, and it was difficult to cool it down because of all the automatic heat settings. The beds are very firm, and pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast is mediocre. The staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel is quiet. It does have a great location close to "downtown" area of the city. The hotel was clean, and the rooms overlooking the city had nice views.

Pre Olympics Visit
Came into town on pre-Olympic business - before the crowds and hotel sell outs. Found the staff excellent - eager to help. Rooms were compact as most tourist hotels are - but spotlessly clean. Beds used Korean standard mattresses - great if you like a stiff mattress - sleepless if you don't. 120v power converters (A/C) readily available. 15th floor breakfast view of city and sunrise worth the breakfast time.

Clean and spacious hotel
This hotel is clean and spacious hotel in the central area of GangNeung. It's very close to the central market place and shopping with lots of restaurants. It's easy to grab Taxi for many tourist attractions and bus terminal.

Please avoid room #504. The room was clean and spacious, but a noise from water pipes gave me the worst experience staying here. We have no idea how the water pipe system was built in the room, but we had a sleepless night because of a noise from a pipe. If you need a room for your quiet night sleep, I would say avoid here.

주차장은있지만 조금 큰차는 호텔에서 떨어진호텔주차장에서 주차하고 걸어와야하는 불편함이 있더군요 미리 알지못해 비오는날 불편함을감내해야했어요
