I tried calling the driver several times, but since my number was Israeli, he did not answer. The shift manager immediately came to help, made the call himself, and handled the entire situation with professionalism and care. Thanks to his help, my passport was safely returned to me. "Smith Hotel is an old hotel that is walking distance to a metro station (Ganjlik). There is a Grandmart supermarket nearby open 24 hours, and there is a KFC just downstairs. It is actually a crowded area with some schools and a busy street. My room was facing behind the building so it was not noisy. I think the front desk was not as sensitive to my needs as they were supposed to be. I called them regarding the TV remote not working properly and the fridge not being cold enough. I honestly could not resolve those issues with the front desk at all. My remote and my fridge were still the same as I was checking out as I checked in. Sorry about that. "
