"We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The cook, Nargiz, was amazing and very hospitable. She was always checking around to make sure everything was going well and that everyone was happy. "The hotel has a great location and is super clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"While the staff were nice and friendly, and responded to my requests, the breakfast was good along with prepared sandwiches, the rooms were priced 3-4 times higher than normal because of COP29. The room I thought I was getting from the photo and the room I received did not match expectations. "

"We stayed here for 4 days with my family booking two rooms while the property is amazing and staff is courteous , on first day of our check in we found the one lady who seemed like manager to be quite ride. Our credit card payment was not going through for one room though we already paid for other room and the way she talked to us seemed quite rude specially. Otherwise is recommended and would stay again but the people on front desk need a some training "
