"They have done a great job remodeling and updating the hotel. The staff are wonderful. They could use a small café versus just the very expensive restaurant. My only complaint is the bed, bedding and pillows. The bed is extremely firm and sleeps hot like a very low quality memory foam. The linens are scratchy. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. It fits the theme of Knotts Berry Farm well. It would be great to have a mini fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker. A few improvements and this would be a great hotel."

"The room I got was 118 it smelled like smoke and the bathtub drain wasn’t going down the cover wasn’t working. There was a hole on the wall in the entrance. They returned my deposit but then they ended up charging me the 60 deposit after they returned it. "

"The parking lot was very tight! Hardly any parking and the desk staff was terrible! Only two please interactions I had was with the gentleman that checked me in and Vanessa. She was handling the breakfast area. All the other front desk guys were terrible! No customer service skills! One of them parked their Subaru in the driveway every morning! How are people supposed to pull in and unload their luggage?!? Not to mention the roaches in the room! Found a couple house roaches and one huge one in the sink! I asked for towels and floor mats. I was told they could only give one towel and one floor mat. Definitely WILL NOT be booking at this hotel again! My advice would be to book with time to avoid having to book this place!"

"This property exceeded our expectations. My husband and I stayed for a week while I was recovering from surgery. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and the entire property. The staff did a wonderful job of making sure we were comfortable."
