I didn't use the Hotel Shuttle, My Sister Got a Rental Car, Which was next to the Airport, The Hampton Inn was 2min from the Rental car place, The whole area was Nice, Across The Street from The Hampton Inn, Was alot of Shops(Clothes and Food-Starbucks). My 3 day stay was Wonderful in Long Beach, No Complaints, Thank You.

The room is clean. The hotel as a whole is clean, organized and bright. The courtyard with swimming pool and kids play area is very nice. The breakfast is great. The only thing that is not so great is that we were not offered bottle water and made aware that room cleaning is only every 3 days, at check in
