"They cancelled my friend’s room, kept the money and made no effort to accommodate, despite showing the receipt and confirmation number. Staff stated there was “a glitch” and we should look for a new hotel on our phone. Breakfast overpriced. About $30 per person for a self-serve buffet. A waitress brought us coffee and demanded a 20% tip when she saw we were not tipping. Rooms were fairly clean and small. "

"The hotel was very clean throughout and the rooms were quite comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the commode was loose and would knock on the wall when moved. It was odd, but not completely annoying. Other than that it was a great stay. The shower was great too. "
