Our stay at this resort was excellent, and the all inclusive package was amazing - lots of delicious food and drinks! The property was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of enjoyable activities and shows. What stood out most was the great hospitality and attention to detail. We left feeling refreshed and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The cleaning service was excellent, and maintenance was very good. However, the food quality could be better given the price, and they shouldn't charge extra for certain drinks. The entertainment team was excellent; were it not for them and the entire service staff, many people wouldn't return, because the beach is terrible—the way it's promoted is misleading. Speaking with other couples we met, we agreed that it would really help if they provided transportation for guests who wanted to go to Bayahibe Beach; that way, we would come back.
