"When we first arrived the parking lot was filled with police then as we approached the door there were signs stating No pets no smoking or you would. Put out like a fire ! The man at desk look annoyed by us n just quickly checked us in the room was nothing like the pictures and the pillow cases were dirty and stained like no bleach was ever used the office was my first alert ceiling falling apart as well the carpets smelled of smoke and stinky feet there were smudges and fingers prints on mirror doors and milk old milk left in fridge from previous guest red stains on drapes and holes I did not feel safe and or comfortable at all the type of things tht going on around there no way would I take children we were tired from a long drive used our own bedding the morning came we couldn’t shower bc. O hot water n the towels were stained I refused to use them my husband went for coffee and look at the breakfast stale muffins horrible coffee I get it was a last min hotel but I can never imagine how ppl can a ti sly run a biz and accept payment for conditions so poor ly maintain if you cannot keep up with the the property and be hospitable and keep things clean then you need to shut down or someone should shut tht place down its a health hazard "

"Very clean hotel with accommodating staff. They always went out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast was very fresh and timely replenishment. Also, they have a nightly meal which was included with the stay. This nightly meal was chicken Alfredo, hot dogs and various sides. All were very good. You can beat this deal. Kudos to Drury Inn!"

"Absolutly disgusting. I checked in last night and the kid had no idea what was going on. Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever experienced. Never stay here. Just beware."

"Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk."

"I checked in late at night. After a 12.5 hour drive from Houston, Tx. Once I checked in I grabbed my bed clothes and went straight to bed. I woke up in the early AM. I was covered In bed bug bites. I messaged Expedia as I went to the front desk. A heavy set lady with white hair was frustrated and giving poor customer service as soon as I mentioned it. Claiming she needed proof and etc. I showed her the bite marks. She claimed I needed to find a bug. I expressed that I saw on the reviews that others have said they had bed bugs. Her claim was that’s just people who don’t get their way. I went back to my room pulls the blankets back and a nice size bed bought was crawling. I picked it up and put it in a cup and brought it to her. She then claimed I brought them there. I was offended we went back and fourth and she eventually told me to get my S*** and get out. They refused to refund me! I filed complaints with several departments!!! They’re selling liquor illegally from the front desk and food. Don’t book here !!!! "

"Room was neat but the bath was uncleanly and the shower tiles broken at the sliding door. Hallways were awfully lit with very blue white LED bulbs. Outdoors the grass had not been mowed and at least one set of the parking lot lights did not work (and based on the location that is not a good thing). Lobby/breakfast area very uninviting. I was surprised overall. The most tired and uncleanly Hampton Inn I have stayed in. And based on the $200++ nightly stay, would not stay again."
