"Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Pool looked great, though we didn't go in it. The gym had a treadmill, which I appreciated. The breakfast was good. Biscuits, eggs, waffles. Coffee was so so. The property is dated and the carpet has seen better days. But everything else was good!"

"My check in was amazing with a young lady, but my issue was with a guy, the over night staff, trying give me a plunger for a toilet problem. The issue was taken care of and thank U to the young lady "

"Staff were wonderful as we booked the room on the way there while on the road. Rooms were comfortable and had great views of the Arch. The pool and delicious breakfast were so nice and just an added bonus."

"Staff wasn’t very welcoming, seemed a bit short and irritated during check in. The room was nice and clean, however, we did find a big bug in our room later that night. We checked to see if any other bugs were in sight but we didn’t find any, thank goodness. We called the front desk and let them know about the bug. They came to the room right away and was very apologetic and offered to switch our room (which was appreciated), but we were exhausted from an extended drive and a bday party. "

"Never found an employee to actually check in at this place couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and after waiting for over an hour and still no staff to be found we left and check in at different place still have not had any contact from this place integrates to the problem "
