The room itself was fantastic - very spacious, clean, and well taken care of both days of our stay. Breakfast was a high point as well - great selection, clean, and plenty of places to sit. Walking distance to the arch, short driving distance to the zoo and the Aquarium. The valet parking was a nice convenience, but crowded - make sure to plan extra time if you are using this.

If you know Embassy Suites you know what to expect 2 room suites, clean rooms good breakfast and professional staff. Parking is a bit expensive but that's a part of downtown hotels. However the parking is Valet only so plan your departures with a buffer so they can retrieve your car.

The thing that stood out to me is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was so kind, genuine, friendly, and helpful. 10/10 stay. My kids loved it, my husband loved it, and I loved it. This hotel may have just made my husband and I permanent Hilton customers!

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely nice and helpful. We enjoyed the managers reception with complimentary cocktails, and the cook to order breakfast was great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
