The Hotel was convenient to the my location for Saint Louis University Graduation. The Hotel was clean and served a very good buffet breakfast. The Hotel did accommodate me and I was allowed early check in. Front desk staff was professional and pleasant and also, gave me two complimentary bottles of water. Also, the Hotel did have validated parking for duration of my stay which was absolutely good. The staff did an excellent job cleaning and keeping the room stocked. I would definitely recommend this hotel for Downtown stay in St Louis.

This hotel had a very elegant modern vibe while encapsulating the big city bustle, it was very convenient to the stadiums, the arch and the river. The only downfall which is not their fault is the dilapidated hotel right across the street, definitely an eyesore but hopefully the city will have an amazing opportunity to revitalize that area! But back to this idea hotel, it was very clean and comfortable!

The staff was incredible! I did the Hilton virtual key because my flight got in around midnight and when I got up to my room my door was wide open. The staff handled it so kindly, and they even sent the security guard up to my room with me while moving me to a new one. Both were so kind and handled the situation perfectly. I will say the rooms are nice but the bed and pillows are awful. I’m not too picky when it comes to that stuff but my neck is still pretty tweaked. Otherwise great staff great property!

Our stay at the Pennywell was great! We arrived before checkout but we were able to leave our bags at the front desk so we could explore. We were in town for Opening Day and the hotel was very close to the stadium, which was great. It is also super close to the Arch as well. Lots of food options around the hotel to check out. Room was clean and well kept. Although, our view was less than desirable as our window faced a brick wall but, we spent most of our time in St. Louis out and about. But, if thats important to you, you might want to request a specific room. Overall, great stay and I'd stay again if we went back to St. Louis!
