Valet was very nice for offering us a covered parking spot for our Harley. Everyone was very nice and the building and amenities were beautiful. This is a very nice resort!

Great stay, close to all Gatlinburg’s famous destinations, I would be happier to have more choices to eat and recommend hotel to change coffee beans company at the Coffee shop and add some better quality of food ingredients, for example omelette or waffle bread impossible to eat. But I would say this claim is not related to hotel review, as property is good, pool is very nice, stuff is friendly and professional, clean everywhere around, no smell. Recommend this hotel, and will back.

We enjoyed the upper level pool area. What I didn’t like was ice cream left in the freezer from a previous guest, had to call twice to get the room cleaned after the first night when we took the do not disturb sign down at 9:30am and I couldn’t take a shower at 8:00am the day we checked out because the water was ice cold. We have stayed at many Margaritaville’s and never had these problems. I expect better from a $400.00 a night hotel.
