"There was dust on the furniture in every piece of furniture. That means the cleaning was not done well. So I wiped off all the dust. The breakfast was relatively neat and tasty but, it was boring because there was no change in the side dishes. The staff were relatively friendly but even though there was a currency exchange place there, the employee who didn't know the area directed me to another distant place. So I had a hard time finding a currency exchange office."

"Guesthouse is very affordable for those that are on a tight budget like I was on when I went. The location is great because it is next to so many convenient things like a Daiso or a supermarket. What makes it extra nice is that there is small kitchen to grab a free ramen. The only negative thing I will say is that I didn't enjoy how small the room was and you can hear every little noise from other guests. Overall, if you don't want to pay a lot of money for hotel and still would like a convenient place to stay, then the Snowflower Guesthouse is the right place for you."

"Very poor! Food is not fresh, not appetizing, not enough options, room was dark , uninviting. You don’t feel like staying in the room, you don’t want to come back. Staff, at recent was very accommodating but staff who refills your soap, coffee, did not leave coffee at all, we had to leave a note to please leave some. There was only one glass supplied in the room, we had to ask more from the reception. Bathroom floor was always wet, not sure if the tub was leaking or the toilet was leaking. Room needs update."

"Very cute, well located place. The staff was very useful with the gentleman at the front being very accommodating and kind! He went above and beyond to help us get a taxi and helped with even putting the luggage in the car. All in all we had a pleasant one night stay. It was just very pricey for what you got but a lot of Seoul was booked up because of children’s day."

"The hotel was well located and it was clean. The location was close to some of the main tourist sites and conveniently located to public transportation. The gym was a real positive for me and I am a gym person so it was important for me and probably the best gym I’ve been too. It had a nice set of weight equipment."
