Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Welcoming. Clean room, and comfy bed. Room cleaned daily. Hotel right in the old town, walking distance to all sights. Lots of cafes, bars, grocery shops, close by. Big bar area with comfy sofas. Room quiet at night, You come and go as you please with card key and although hotel main doors shut at night you can use card key to open. Solo female traveller. Really enjoyed my stay there. Would go again. Recommend.

Great location, super quiet interior. It was noisy outside but it was due to location and not the hotel. We loved how central it was to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location was superb, very clean, presentable and great value for money. We chose to eat out and sample the local cusine for breakfast and dinner so can't obviously comment on the food at the hotel.

The room was really nice and fresh. The hotel is perfectly located in central Gdańsk, right by the old town on Wyspa Spichrzów, with walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour reception is a big plus. The breakfast was also very good with a great variety – there was something for everyone.

Amazing hotel in a great location. The room was great, the breakfast buffet was possibly the best I’ve ever had, and the bar/ lobby area was really cool. Staff were very pleasant too. Highly recommended based on our experience.

Everything was tip top. Room, location, common areas, staff all fab. We had a drink in the bar every evening as the bar area was so nice. Didn't take breakfast so cant comment. Worst thing I have to say about the place was that the bar run out of most lagers over the Easter break. That said, a couple of restaurants we visited had the same issue - apparently Easter is Gdansk's Christmas!

The hotel was beautifully designed and furnished, with a very inviting lobby and large bar area that provided lots of comfortable seating. The location was great- just a half of a block from the canal and main gate to the old town and within walking distance to tons of restaurants and museums. The bed was very comfortable and even though our room was directly facing a busy sidewalk, with many outdoor cafes, our room was very quiet. I would highly recommend this Cloud One Hotel. I felt it was a very good value, as well. Lots of choices for breakfast each morning, too.
