"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. "Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. "Die Aussicht war sehr schön .Leider hatten wir regen, konnten leider durch die Plastikfolie nichts sehen, da diese beschlagen war. Damit macht das Bubble Tent Hotel keinen Sinn für mich. Klimaanlage war auch sehr laut. Das Restaurant in 300meter Entfernung hatte leider auch geschlossen."

"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. I was very upset when I received the message on 27th May (the day before I was due to stay at the hotel). It was really inconvenient to be in a different location from my friend, and required that I drive back and forth from Timelkam to Lenzing multiple times. As I was only informed the day before the stay was due to start, I had no option to cancel and rebook elsewhere as nothing else was available. In addition, the apartment was in a poor location, not of a good quality, and the kitchen crockery was incomplete. The hotel reception was very slow to respond to communication, and only available in the mornings. Do not stay here - very poor service."
