“My flight was delayed 4 times so by the time I arrived it was 1900 the doors and staff had gone home for the day. Luckily there was a number to call on the door and the property management came over in the matter of minutes and were very helpful. They showed me around the room, how to use all the keys needed to open the gate, doors and turn the lights on. There was also plenty of room for parking, which I highly suggest renting a car prior to showing up in town. I arrived on train and in 2 days...

“Great place if you go to the magic rainbow park. Very close, large rooms, jacuzzi, very small kitchen. Pay attention breakfast is Italian (a pastry) - as advertised. ”

“We stayed here due to the proximity to Ninfa, it was pretty close, still a 20-30 minute drive. The wifi did not seem to work. Breakfast was good and the bed was the best we have had on our trip. ”

“absolutely charming. as many other have mentioned, Marco is awesome. you can tell he takes great pride in his property and it's history. i believe Tivoli is considered by many a 'day trip from Rome'. however, upon leaving, i agreed with Marco's though that you really need 2-3 days to get a proper experience there because i easily could've stayed longer AND wanted to... the dinner time experience in town was one of my favorite things in my 11 day Italian travels.... warm and magical. those people...
