โSonesta simply suites in Waukegan was absolutely wonderful! We were seriously tired and the bed was the most comfortable Iโve been in other than my own. Loved the kitchenette with full refrigerator microwave dishwasher dishes everything we needed. The room was pleasant and clean and I loved the bathtub For my aching back after that flight. โParking in front was inconvenient during DMV hours. A lot of noise could be heard from people in hallways going in and out of rooms or just talking. Overall, room was clean, house keeping was phenomenal, and staff was welcoming, polite, and professional. โ
โStayed for RTC graduation. They ran a shuttle which was nice. Cost $10 round trip which wasnโt bad. Staff was nice and helpful. There is a few restaurants within in close walking distance. Which is nice if you donโt have a car. โ

โStaff were great. They tried to charge my card several times the day prior to check in even tho i selected pay at facility. We came to a understanding and he waited till we got there to check in . Room was spotless ! Cons. Beds were very firm so for myself it wasnt good but my husband loved it. They dont have anywhere to hang your clothes if you have a suit or anything.
