"Family Friendly. Great Morning breakfast "

"Bathroom was tiny. It felt like an airplane lavatory. Room was clean but sheets were a bit too used and threadbare. Saturday evening was too loud with a party/concert going on nearby until 11p.m. Breakfast buffet was OK, but nothing special. OJ, for instance, tasted too powdery, artificial, and watered down. Some of the staff were hard to understand when speaking in English. Very disappointed guests here. Not planning to return to this unwelcoming property again."

"This is a nice place, desk people were nice. Due to closeness to fast food places and a highway there was alot of traffic noise. "

"Been coming to this hotel annually for about 20 years now. Staff are always fantastic. Rooms are always clean. The area is great with lots of shopping and plenty of places to eat. Not too far from Northwestern or the lake. Area is quiet and safe. Ramp to parking garage was designed by cenobites. Would keep coming back for another 20 years."

"This was a quick one night stay. We arrived quite late and the gentleman at the counter was very descriptive as to where to go as well as how to keep the “old school magnetic” key to work. Implying that it couldn’t be anywhere near a cellphone. I totally get it but it didn’t require a 45 second explanation as to why their key cards are inferior. It made me wonder what the room was going to be like. Truthfully, I was very surprised at how nice it was. It had a nice separation between the couch and the bed/bedroom. We had a king bed as opposed to two twins. It was perfect. It was also very reasonably priced. $115 on a Friday night literally booked at 9:30 pm. It’s usually typically very pricey Monday through Thursday because people stay here when they come in for CDW whose corporate headquarters are right next door. Loved the stay. Thanks Indigo! "

"The bed was hard, the noise from the freeway woke me up more than once. The staff should have given me the instructions for the late check out when I checked in. I called the front desk in the morning to get a late checkout, and no one answered the phone.The late fee was too high given the amount of time (30 min) I was alloted"
